Guide for setting up the first map

In order to create your first map, you will need:
  • digital floor plan (.png, .jpg or .svg format)
  • 10 BLE beacons

How to set up the first location
Upload a file with an indoor floor plan. This plan will be used as a map during navigation. Move, Scale or Rotate your floor plan to align it with the actual position on the map OR simply press Save

Set up iBeacons
Now you need to acquire beacons and mount them.
You can choose one of two options.

To do this, download the Navigine app.
Navigine demo apps are available in AppStore and GooglePlay so you can immediately check navigation quality.
You need to go to the section.

Select the icon to “add beacon”
You need to put a point on the map where the beacon will be.

After that, you will see a menu.
To add a new beacon to the system, be sure to fill in the first four columns. Then click “Add”.

Do the same with other beacons.

Check how the navigation works
To do this, download the Navigine app.
Navigine demo apps are available in AppStore and GooglePlay so you can immediately check navigation quality.

Now you can open the “Navigation mode” tab in the Navigine application. And you will find a blue dot on the map.
