Navigine Store Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on the purchase of Navigine’s RTLS Kit, which includes access to the Navigine Asset Tracking Platform and refundable hardware components.

Each RTLS kit includes several components:

  • Software: Navigine Asset Tracking Platform;
  • Hardware: IoT tags and gateways;
  • Set up guidelines and documentation.

1. One-Time Payment for Navigine Asset Tracking Platform:

Upon purchasing the Navigine RTLS Kit, you are granted access to the Navigine Asset Tracking Platform for 3 months. The payment made for the access is a one-time, non-refundable. Navigine does not offer refunds for the Navigine Asset Tracking Platform as it involves a service that is immediately accessible after activation. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us at info@navigine.com or your dedicated account manager.

You can request to cancel your access prior to activation. The activation process will take place within 3 working days following the purchase.

2. Refundable and Returnable Hardware Components (Tags, Gateways, Cables etc.):

At Navigine, we understand the importance of reliability and quality in the hardware components that complement our RTLS Kit. Therefore, we collaborate with trusted hardware partners to ensure that our customers receive top-notch products. The following policy outlines our commitment to providing assurance and support for the hardware components provided by our partners. Navigine is not responsible for any damages or defects arising from misuse, improper installation, storage, modification, or unauthorized repair of the hardware components.

A. Refund Eligibility:

  • The hardware pieces included in the RTLS Kit are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the hardware pieces must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • In the event of the hardware being opened, Navigine reserves the right to impose a restocking fee ranging from 30% of the original hardware cost.

B. Return Procedure:

To initiate a refund, please contact the customer support team at: info@navigine.com or your dedicated manager. Navigine’s team is committed to assisting you promptly with the return process.

C. Return Shipping:

  • If the hardware is not opened or used, customers are responsible only for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please ensure that the returned hardware pieces are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

D. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once Navigine receives the returned hardware pieces, they will undergo inspection.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.

E. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used.

3. Exclusions:

  • Any hardware that has been damaged or shows signs of wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on the purchase of Navigine’s RTLS Kit, which includes access to the Navigine Asset Tracking Platform and refundable hardware components.

1. Navigine Asset Tracking

Upon the completion of the one-time payment for the Navigine RTLS Kit, you will receive immediate access to the Navigine Asset Tracking Platform. The access details and relevant information will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process.

2. Hardware Pieces

A. Shipping Time and Conditions:

  • Hardware pieces included in the RTLS Kit will be dispatched within 14 business days from the date of the confirmed order. Delivery time may vary depending on location and other factors beyond Navigine’s control. 
  • Shipping charges will be applied to all orders based on the destination and shipping method. These charges will be communicated to customers after completing the purchase.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost for customers who require faster delivery. Customers opting for expedited shipping will incur extra charges, which will be communicated upon the purchase.
  • Upon completing the purchase, clients will receive RTLS kits along with setup guidelines and documentation. Additionally, Navigine Support can be included at an extra cost.

B. Shipping Address:

Please provide an accurate shipping address during the order process. Any changes to the shipping address after the order confirmation may result in additional fees.

C. Return Procedure:

In the event you wish to return hardware pieces, please follow the instructions outlined in our Refund Policy.
