UWB Antennas

Ultra Wideband antennas (UWB antennas) are becoming increasingly popular for indoor positioning and tracking systems. They’re used for wireless communications and provide high-precision data transmission over short distances.

A UWB antenna operates in the spectrum from 3.5 GHz to 8 GHz. When installed, it captures the signals from the sensors and sends them to the server for further processing. An Ultra-Wideband antenna combines low power consumption, high performance, and work efficiency.

If needed, it can be used as a replacement for several narrowband antennas at once to achieve better flexibility and uninterrupted communication.

UWB Antenna Features

UWB hardware has a wide range and provides high indoor positioning accuracy of up to 3 inches. It can be omnidirectional, high or medium gain, and has the following features:

High-speed data transfer and positioning:

The hardware works without delay and allows users to instantly calculate the location of objects. The throughput of the gateway is thousands of tags per second.
